Agneau fermier le Diamandin Label Rouge

Free-range red label Diamandin lamb

Produced in the central western part of France, mainly the Poitou Charente region, by a limited number of breeders concerned with respecting the diet and well being of the animal, the free-range red label Diamandin lamb is available throughout the year.

The grass they pasture upon is of various types and constitutes most of the diet of the sheep. These sheep are born from the cross breeding of grazing breeds, breeds selected for the quality of their meat, their mothering qualities and their ability to adapt to different types of land.

The lambs suckle their mothers for at least two months then eat grass, hay and well-balanced cereal foods. As a result, the lamb's meat is refined, delicate and full of flavour.
