With his wife and daughter, they have developed in concert methods for supplying restaurants, initially in the region of Burgundy and then throughout France. The company is a family operated one, a guarantee of strength and durability.
His daughter Anaïs handles the business end, following-up with clients and developing the company's export activities. His wife takes care of the administration and the finances. Jean Denaux supervises the selection of the meats and the ensuing production.
