Butchers from generation to generation

Denaux Viandes de Sélection was created in the 1980's but upon looking back, it all began long before that. Born into a family that had been butchers and livestock breeders for several generations, Jean Denaux was at an early age immersed in a meat culture.

As a child he enjoyed spending time at the family farm in the Yonne region of France to understand the rhythm of the animals. And since then he loves to talk about meat, underscoring its qualities, explaining its origins and enabling people to appreciate its finesse.

His daughter Anaïs, active herself within the establishment, perpetuates this affinity with the world of livestock.
